1. A renowned foundry planned to reconstruct their turnstile blasting machine, consisting of carbide wheels with curved vanes. Customer request: Better performance, less downtime and lower spare parts costs – because previously carbide breakage was to frequent. Despite difficult on-site conditions, we furnished the machine with the latest wheel technology. This reduced blasting times from 68 to 48 seconds.

2. One company had the problem of installing their overhead blasting machine including the filter system in a single room – insufficient space. We reconstructed the model so that it was suitable for a door opening of 1.90 x 1.90 metre and a room height of 4.20 metre
